Originally from Georgia, USA, where the Soquee River flows, he is the one who devises the recipes and takes care of the beers throughout the entire production process and up until bottling. He is the guardian of all our manufacturing secrets.
Manon
Manager & Head of Sales
She is the face of the brewery for all the customers who come to see us, either on site or at festivals. She is also the one who, daily, gets on her cargo bike to deliver to all the coolest spots in Paris and the surrounding area.
THE PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT
We created Soquee Brewing driven by a passion for the product that is beer, and the endless field of creative possibilities it offers. For this reason, we make no compromises in crafting our recipes, guided solely by taste and quality. We are part of the "craft beer" movement, combining tradition and modernity.
Our goal is thus to offer beers that are both simple and complex, with a high standard of quality, with the desire to make them accessible to as many people as possible.
OUR VALUES
IMPACT
We are aware that the exercise of our passion and our profession takes place within a larger framework that goes beyond us. For this reason, we want, on our scale, to limit our impact on the environment around us. Specifically today, we use French raw materials whenever possible, we use stainless steel kegs for part of our production, we offer a bulk option with reusable containers, and we make almost all our deliveries within Paris and the nearby suburbs by cargo bike. We remain alert for any new path we could follow in this direction.
INCLUSIVITY
As a brewery, we are resolutely against all forms of discrimination, which are still sometimes too present in the beer industry. We promote kindness in all human relationships, and we believe that everyone has the right to live freely and on an equal footing, regardless of origin, gender, sexual orientation, religious or spiritual beliefs. We do not accept any inappropriate behavior that does not respect these principles, whether in our brewery or at events we participate in.
BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Beyond the passion that drives us and the love we have for the beers we produce, our primary mission is to bring people together around our beers. "BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER" is a compass for the direction we want to give to our project. Our goal is to create conviviality and moments of sharing through our beers. We regularly organize "Tap Take Over" events (the brewery is showcased in a bar or a bottle shop in our presence), which are wonderful opportunities to connect and meet our customers.
