Originally from Georgia, USA, where the Soquee River flows, he is the one who devises the recipes and takes care of the beers throughout the production process, right up to packaging. He is the guardian of all our brewing secrets.

Manon

Manager & Sales Manager

She is the face of the brewery for all the customers who come to see us, whether on-site or at festivals. She is also the one who, on a daily basis, hops on her cargo bike to deliver to all the coolest spots in Paris and its region.

PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT

We created Soquee Brewing driven by a passion for the product that is beer, and the infinite range of creative possibilities it offers. For this reason, we make no compromises in developing our recipes, guided solely by taste and quality. We are part of the "craft beer" movement, combining tradition and modernity.

Our goal is to offer beers that are both simple and complex, with high quality standards, while wanting to make them accessible to as many people as possible.

OUR VALUES

IMPACT

We are aware that practicing our passion and our profession takes place within a broader whole that exceeds us. For this reason, we wish, at our level, to limit our impact on the environment around us. Concretely today, we use French raw materials whenever possible, we use stainless steel kegs for part of our production, we offer a bulk option with reusable containers, and we perform almost all of our deliveries in Paris and its inner suburbs by cargo bike. We remain actively on the lookout for any new path we could follow in this direction.

INCLUSIVITY

As a brewery, we are firmly against any form of discrimination, which is sometimes still too present in the beer industry. We advocate for kindness in all human relationships, and we believe that everyone has the right to live freely and on an equal footing, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, or religious or spiritual convictions. We do not accept any inappropriate behavior that does not respect these principles, in our brewery or during the events in which we participate.

BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER

Beyond the passion that drives us and the love we have for the beers we produce, our primary mission is to bring people together around our beers. "BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER" is a compass for the direction we want to give our project. Our goal is to create conviviality and moments of sharing through our beers. We regularly organize "Tap Take Over" events (the brewery is highlighted in a bar or bottle shop in our presence), which are superb moments for exchanges and meeting our customers.
