Pillars Series
The Pillars Series is our "Single Hop" beer collection. This term means that in each of these recipes, a single hop is highlighted, used during brewing and added during fermentation. We explore numerous styles in this series, with the aim of creating beers accessible to everyone and light (alcohol content around 5%): Lager, Session IPA, Pale Ale, Wheat Ale. All good all hops!
Easy Series
The Easy Series is dedicated to hoppy beers (Hazy Pale Ale, IPA), old school or modernized, oscillating between bitterness and a pronounced fruity taste, with an alcohol content between 5% and 6%. The idea is to create highly crafted beers that remain easy to drink, to take on a hike, for a bike trip, or for a picnic with friends or family. Easy guys!
Dangerous Series
The Dangerous Series is our New England IPA series. It is a style originating from North America, whose main characteristics are a hazy appearance, a luscious roundness, and an intense fruity taste. In this series, we aim to explore the very wide aromatic palette of our favorite hops through beers with an alcohol content ranging from 6% to 8%. Dangerously attractive!
Dark Side Series
The Dark Side Series is our dark beer collection. We love the character of beers brewed with roasted and caramel malts, and the multitude of styles these allow us to create. We wanted to offer a wide range of recipes in this series, stout, porter, barleywine, black IPA, etc... light (around 5%) but also stronger (up to 10%) to accompany long winter evenings. Grrrr!
