Pillars Series
The Pillars Series is our "Single Hop" beer series. This term means that in each of these recipes, a single and unique hop is showcased, used during brewing and added during fermentation. We explore many styles in this series, with the aim of creating beers that are accessible to everyone and light (alcohol content around 5%): Lager, Session IPA, Pale Ale, Wheat Ale. All good all hops!
Easy Series
The Easy Series is a range dedicated to hoppy beers (Hazy Pale Ale, IPA), whether old school or modernized, with a balance between bitterness and a pronounced fruity taste, and an alcohol content ranging between 5% and 6%. The idea is to create intricately crafted beers that are still easy to drink, suitable for taking on a hike, a bike trip, or for a picnic with friends or family. Easy guys!
Dangerous Series
The Dangerous Series is our New England IPA series. It is a style originating from North America, which is characterized by its cloudy appearance, rich roundness, and intense fruity flavor. In this series, we aspire to explore the wide aromatic range of our favorite hops, through beers with an alcohol content ranging from 6% to 8%. Dangerously attractive!
