BREWERY

Launched in March 2023, Soquee Brewing is located at 157 boulevard Davout, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris.

Our historic nanobrewery, with a 3HL capacity, allows us to explore our creativity through numerous ephemeral recipes, produced in very small quantities. We also produce on a cooperative basis within a second production site located in Requista, in the Aveyron, on a 20HL brewing system. Andrew, our brewer, splits his time between Paris and Aveyron.

Our ambition as a brewery is to offer beers that are both accessible and complex, intended for both novices and the most demanding "beer geeks". We produce the beers we love to drink, with a focus on hopped beers, traditional beers (Lager, Saison), and dark beers.
